  • Our weight loss challenges in the last little while have been wildly successfull with people managing to DESTROY TONS of nasty fat cells and kick their blubbery butts to the CURB BABY! Come and join us for this one!

    The premise? Set a goal (whatever you wish), weigh in once a week (starting TODAY!) and post your total. THAT'S IT! Oh the other premise? WORK YOUR FREAKING BUTT OFF!!!!!

  • I'm always down for a challenge. I'd like to lose 15 lbs (~1 lb a week). But ya know, oh Gods of Weight Loss, more would be good too!

    That makes it about 2 lbs per week. I'm not positive I can lose that much each week but I'd sure love to be 199 by September 20! But just in case, I'll try for a 20 lb loss and be just as happy. Any loss works for me

    I'm kind of going big for what I'd like to lose, but I'm a student so I have the summer off, I've got a Go Wear Fit in the mail to me so I will be totally in the know with my caloric intake/output, and I am really motivated to drop some of this extra weight before going back to school in the fall.

    I'm hoping to shed 29 pounds during the challenge. I lost 10 pounds last much without a ton of effort, so I'm thinking with effort, I should at least have that success rate, especially since I am so far away from my goal.
