I need to lose at least 50 pounds. I currently weigh 256. I have been working out at least 3 times a week for the last 3 weeks. I lost about 6 pounds, but I have difficulty choosing healthy food choices. I don't cook often, does anyone have any advice on healthy foods that I don't have to cook, and are easy to prepare?
Fruits and vegetables.
They are almost no preparation, low calories, low fat, and obviously very healthy. If you try to fit 5 servings of fruits and veggies you should feel pretty full.

I don't like to cook. I will cook eggs, pasta, brown rice.veggies,lentiles.Example:Broccoli w/pasta.Spanish rice. That is about the extent of my cooking skills.I also like frozen dinners.I know some people don't like frozen dinners because of the sodium. But,that never has been a problem for me.I like the Boca products,Morning Star,Lean Cuisine.
Google Low calorie, no cook meals. You will get lots of inspiration.
Hi and welcome!
By "difficulty" do you mean you aren't sure what the healthy choices are? Or do you know what you ought to be eating, but don't choose wisely?
