  • Wow -- another strong week -- 58 pounds lost all together!

    Yay us!

And this week the scale said ...
  • Down 2.4 pounds Monday morning.
  • no change
  • Down 5.2 this week.
  • Down 2.2
  • I'm down 2.8lbs this week. (Woot!)
  • ...152
2 pounds down from last week. Woo-hoo!!
  • 2 for me!
  • lost 2 lbs.. well that's not true. Last week I had a gain of 2lbs (but since I'm doing my own program I didn't report it) Two weeks ago I was at 231.. then went up to 233.. now I'm 229. It's going in the right direction now.. that's all that matters!
  • I'm down to 101.1kg (222.4lb), down 1.1kg (2.4lb)! Absolutely amazed, as I thought I was heading into bloat week.

    I'm soooo close to 100kg
  • I lost 2 pounds in the last week - 5 last week - I am so grateful.
  • Up one pound as of Monday, but I know why. Next week should be a good loss
  • well, no weight loss this past week (first week)

I think I'm eating too many calories, even though I've looked into this twice. so, I dropped from 1792 to 1600. I haven't been exercising so I 'really' need to start that. I couldn't find a WOTP tape at Wallie World this past weekend, so I'll either look at Sports Authority this weekend or order online.

Sorry, guys... I wish I could've contributed to the weekly weight loss. But, I haven't given up yet!

Oh, I wanted to ask... for you guys that lost weight, what type of weight reduction program are you doing? (notice I did NOT say diet!).
  • Hi ladyviv! Don't lose hope! I really think burning some extra calories with exercise will make a big difference. As for your calories, are you being really diligent about measuring your food? I find a digital food scale to be an amazing tool. It doesn't let you fool yourself about portion size and was a real eye opener for me.

Yes, Mam! (salutes)... I do measure with the digital scale. I measure the almonds, do the tablespoon of low cat cream cheese for my half whole wheat bagel, etc. I am now thinking about getting a Wii and using of the exercise games. Hubby would love to get the golf, so it would be a win/win situation for us both. I just may have solved my 'exercise' problem.
