Day 5 - Woo Hoo!
It's about 11 a.m. I am on track with my calories thus far. Haven't been to the gym yet, but plan to go about noon. Will check back in tonight. I have done really well this week.
Congrats to everyone who has lost mega-amounts of weight thus far (Ags -- Tracy -- Melissa). And Blondie, good for you for losing what you gained.
