I also LOVE the new forum arrangement.

    Ciao, bellas!
  • Bunny, congrat son getting back on track! It's not easy! I like that we can all keep each other honest and when we slip up no one is judgemental. WTG!

Let us know how the weigh-in goes.

  • Thanks for the support!

Yeah dont kick yourself too hard Bunny. This diet allows for nooooooooooooo sins and we are only human. so gotta get back on. Maybe if we knew we could pig out just one meal a week and eat what we wanted then we would be happier but that means more detox as to sugar so go figure.

  • Izzy-I was considering giving myself a cheat day a week, but then I remembered I could have the Healthy Choice french bread pizza, which are pretty good. But maybe I will, or just tell myself that if things get to confined on this diet, it's not against the law to take a break now and then. We all need it, like you said this diet leaves very little room for era.
  • cheating :)
I had a little fat-free, sugar-free chocolate frozen yogurt today for my "cheat," and it was delicious!! It's nice to have a cafeteria cooking for me again. I've settled in to teach boarding school kids for the summer, and I'm back to being on-plan every day. I had a bad couple of weeks after graduation with all the moving and stuff, but we pick ourselves up and start anew.

We got staff t-shirts today, and I was so happy to be able to slip into a size medium!!! I can't wait until the weight loss is over and I get to buy new jeans!!! This is really the first diet that's ever worked for me, too.

Now... if I coul donly get back on track with fitday.com....
  • cheatin day
Kit I plan to give myself one reward meal a week if I lose at least 2 pounds a week. I think I deserve it and it will keep me on track and I can have a dinner meal within reason. Not a whole day of cheats I think thats too much butttttttttt one meal go out and have what you love and I think it wont go to the hips too bad. anywayyyyyy I read as to other diets that up their calories on weekends or one day a week or one meal a weak because if you do this you will fool your system and then you and nutritionally speaking you stop plateaus by doing this. If you stay on the same diet and the same calories each single day your sytem gets used to it and quits burning like it did and we just have to work through that. I will say this I am not eating a lot ladies I want the weight off and I do feel restricted but after the two weeks I am not as hungry but when I have a craving there is no eating anything that will satisfy it. nothing. so I dont eat around them anymore. Just try hard to realize that I can gain weight faster than you can say hello and I gotta watch it but I do think that fooling the system and treating ones self one meal a week wont hurt just for me
  • well, i was only down 1/2 a pound. at least i didn't gain?
  • weigh in

  • way to go!
  • WTG Izzy! congrats on the loss! I agree, one cheat meal (not day) is a great idea. It keeps us sane! I'm gonna start that this week, so I can stay on track during the week and something to look forward to. Great idea!

xYTx- a medium? EXCELLENT! I know that felt good girl!
