    I am now weighing in at 220 pounds even! My boyfriend says my face and stomach are already noticeably thinner/firmer too. I really should take proper measurements but I always feel like I'm doing it wrong.

    Na'ima, one thing that helps keep me motivated is being able to add minutes to my exercise ticker. It's kind of dopey but it seems to work. I also keep a blog here on 3FC. Knowing that other people are paying attention is hugely motivating!

    Maybe you could even reward yourself for working out X minutes or times per week or month. My reward for meeting my exercise goal of 1000 minutes this month will be a much-needed haircut.

    I've started out much slower than I'd hoped! I've been so swamped with school, I haven't been getting my workouts in, and look, I'm even posting late! I'll be better this week... I must admit I didn't keep a food journal at all, though I did drink my water most days. Sorry ladies, I haven't been 100% committed, but that changes today!!

    I have to admit my biggest issue is food. I don't know what it is, but I can never get both sides of me in check. If I'm getting my workouts, then I don't eat well, but if I'm on a diet, then I don't exercise. Any suggestions?? I think the food diary is a good place to start, if only I could actually do it!

    All of your dedication is definitely giving me a big kick in the behind! Keep going strong!!
  • turbo challenge update
    I completed another one... I have to play catch up a liitle bit. So, i will have to schedule some turbo jam mornings for sure. I am glad that I decided to commit to this challenge... I am determined to hang in there and complete 20 workouts. My son (10 years old) was doing turbo jam with me and then I left him alone for a while and he found my Tae Bo boot camp... I forgot I had it... the ab dvd is awesome so.. I am going to do this also with this challenge. The dvd is about 35 minutes total and most of it is standing ab work. I will alternate between turbo ab and TaeBo ab.
    Also wanted to mention that days that I am not doing the Turbo challenge I am going to the gym to do cardio. I might have to do turbo jam a few days that I do go to the gym to make sure I am getting in my 20 workouts with turbo jam.
