I've started out much slower than I'd hoped! I've been so swamped with school, I haven't been getting my workouts in, and look, I'm even posting late! I'll be better this week... I must admit I didn't keep a food journal at all, though I did drink my water most days. Sorry ladies, I haven't been 100% committed, but that changes today!!
I have to admit my biggest issue is food. I don't know what it is, but I can never get both sides of me in check. If I'm getting my workouts, then I don't eat well, but if I'm on a diet, then I don't exercise. Any suggestions?? I think the food diary is a good place to start, if only I could actually do it!
