FSA: The nutrisystem is working great for me. I was really bad when it came to making food choices and I needed something with structure to guide me with what to eat when (especially keeping all those fruits and vegetable servings up). The food is nothing fancy, but I can live with it as long as it helps me lose the weight

Lene: Thanks for the tip. I will start journaling on the weekend, I am sure I will think twice about what I put in my mouth if I have to write it down. Now I just have to carry a notebook with me all the time so I have no excuses.

glutio: I hear you on the weekend stuff. I find that a lot of the gain is just water weight and I can get rid of it in a few days if I am good with my water.

I actually was POP yesterday! and it seems like the scale is finally starting to move in the right direction again. Now I really have to buckle down and keep the loss going until next Monday!!
