    l: 1/2 cup canned pumpkin w/ pumpkin pie spices/splenda, almonds/15 chocolate chips/dried cranberries, and cut up green apple (YUMMY!)
    d: chickpea/feta salad; baby carrots
    s: don't know yet...maybe string cheese?
