    I need to get an iPhone so I can do that too. My iPod touch doesn't work at the gym.....so here are my stats for yesterday:

    L - 3/4 c caesar salad, 7 wheat crackers, 1/8 c chopped chicken liver
    S - 1 oz atkins PB cups
    D - 1/2 c mixed fruit, 3/4 c. tomato/cucumber salad w/ balsamic dressing, 4 oz. NY strip
    S - 1 WW chocolate cake bar

    TONS OF WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY

  • Glad I am not the only one who posts from their BlackBerry! I am posting from it again this morning while I exercise. Definatly happy I went for the one with the bigger screen and full keyboard lol.

    So tonight a friend and I are going for dinner to celebrate! I have pre checked the menu and picked a few different thing... Hope I can stick to my choices.
