s: mixed nuts blend
d: tofu, broccoli, 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic/onions, 2 tablespoons soy-vey
s: SF rice pudding, green apple

Friday:

b: lite n' fit vanilla yogurt w/ 1/3 cup raspberries, 5 almonds
l: 4 egg whites w/ spinach, red/green pepper, onion, hot sauce, 1/2 ounce pepper jack cheese; whole wheat mini-bagel w/ laughing cow; strawberries
d: 1 cup kashi curry whole grains; 2 small zuchinni w/ 1 teapoon olive oil, garlic/onion
s: 25 frozen grapes
