  • 3 straight days of spin classes, so I'm back on the exercise wagon after feeling like I had slacked off when my family was in town. Boy are my legs tired today though.
  • Ok I must say I'm on that wagon aswell! I went to check out the Curves center yesterday and did 1/2 hour of intense workout. I find that their program is really fun and not like a traditional gym at all!! It's very motivating! I guess that's what I lack most..motivation. So I have 2 more sessions to try out to see if I will subscribe. Maybe this will help me loose those last pounds. Lets hope so! We've gotta stay motivated !!
