Exercise

  • Hello-I am new to this site and wanted to say hello. I am very inpsired by this site and the WW one. I am working on a lifestyle of healthy eating and journaling and lots and lots of exercise. Feeling good!! It has been about a month on WW and I have lost almost 5 pounds.
    This is a great place to meet some cool folks and so international. Neat!

    Hi I am a ww believer too. I have been dieting since mid-Feb. I have lost 16 pounds.

    Recently started really walking. I have been using the stepper on the really rainy days. Need to lose 25 more. Then I want to reward myself with learning to ice skate.

    WW says just get up. Almost anything you do.......dishes,walk, run the vaccum....it is all exercise and we all need to do more.
