For some reason, no matter how good I've been on my prior eating plans, I could not reach my first mini-goal of 135. I'd be 136.8, then 138, then 136.2, then 137, on & on without being able to break the 135 barrier. I've been trying for almost a year.
Last day of week 1 of Phase I and I made it to 135! Woo hoo!
Even better, you only have 10 pounds to go. It's hard going to chop through those last ten, but I know this breakthrough will give you lots of motivation!
