That's true, I could still count WW points (watch calories) while eating on the BFL plan. WW doesn't require you to eat their food, but I get their frozen lunches to take for work. So it's food that's not on the BFL "authorized" list that I would be eating. I was worried that I may not 'lose" as much or get as good of results if I strayed away from his menu.
