  • MONDAY
    New week, new groove!!! Did 4.5 miles in 44:59-okay, okay, 45 seconds!!! I like being precise!
  • 30 min. 1 mile on Trudy the treadmill......
  • WEDNESDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 44:52

  • On Tues night I did 110 sit-ups, arms and 6.6 miles on the bike in a little over 30 minutes...I think like 33. The timer stopped on me.
  • Walked at the campground...
  • Walked for 45 minutes through the hangers. Could have kept going but I had to get back to work.
