Do you think there is a relationship between weight training and skin that bounces back easier? In other words, do you think that it is more likely for people who lose only fat to end up with loose and flabby skin as opposed to people who lose fat while also gaining muscle?
Just wondering. My plan includes cardio and plenty of weight training (traditional and kettlebells), but I am paranoid of loose and sagging skin. I mean, that is not stopping me, but I still think about it .
