    I am working out like CRAZY and I can't seem to get passed 161.

    I think it's time to take advantage of a training session at the gym and see what I can do to change things up.

    My scale is a cheap one from target. Its not even digital so I cant get very precise numbers. Ill post my SW and CW after my WW weigh in Friday. Hopefully that is acurate.
