I've always heard it takes 30 days to form a habit...then I heard 28 days and 21 days. Well just to be sure we are going for 30 days! Over the next 30 days the RED team is going to form a habit and make a commitment to our health!
Our Make A Committment Exercise Challenge will run from Sunday, September 21 thru Monday, October 20th.
How many of the next 30 days do you think you can exercise? 15? 21? all 30?
1. Set a goal...how many days will you commit to exercising?
2. Post your goal...put it out there for the whole team to see!
3. Post along with your goal 2 reasons why you should keep that commitment.
4. How will you reward yourself for reaching that goal?
5. Make a place to come back and update so your team can see how many days you have succeeded!

You may think I'm asking alot but really I'm not...because knowing that its only right for us to give our bodies a rest day...what if on that rest day you took a 10 minute walk? What if you stretched for 10 minutes? Not exerting yourself on the rest day but still doing some exercise. You could definitely do 30 days of exercise then right?
Remember 30 days to form a habit....30 days to make that commitment! Lets do this Red team
