I really need this - last week I binged for 2 days straight, then I started back on track on Friday (of all days LOL) & I expected to lose weight! Who am I kidding?
Yesterday was hard but I did it!! 1 day binge free!
I journalled my emotions when I felt like I was hungry - didn't starve myself - just kept on track. Stayed focussed on my goals even when my hubby wanted to get ice cream. I made a smart choice, had some ice cream & counted my points. Yay!!

Last binge was Monday, so I'm a little behind you but Iknow I can make it through this week+ hopefully many more with a strong mind and some good support!
