3 days binge free for me

I even survived last nights "discussion" with my hubby. His way of apologizing was buying a couple of beers (& they were 'lite' too) - I could of very easily went for the chips - but I had green & red pepper strips & hummus instead ... much more yummy. Today's his birthday, so I gotta stay strong & on track.

Day 3 for me. It's pretty hard at the moment...the AC adapter for my laptop computer ceased functioning, and I'm fighting the urge right now to feel better via food.

4 days binge free for me

Yesterday, I started off eating right - but as the day went on, keeping track of my nutritional intake just didn't seem important to me ... had another 'discussion' with my hubby - this time there were tears, turns out my emotional outburst had a reason - I had some spotting today (we've been trying to have another child since my hubby's cancer 9 1/2 yrs ago ..long story..) so it looks like it's just not going to happen. I don't even feel like eating now, but if I don't I know I will most likely binge via mindless grazing all night & I don't want to do that. So I better go & have dinner now. Good luck ladies. Stick with it.

cher - Mindless grazing might make you feel better in the short term, but I promise you'll feel worse if you give in.

I know - I'm gonna try to get to bed early tonight (although probably not a possibility - have to start getting hubby's suitcase ready for business trip leaving Sunday AM)

.. anyways, I stayed strong during supper & stopped at 1 piece garlic bread (I only cooked up 1/2 loaf & froze the rest) and I l-o-v-e garlic bread ... but I have to LOVE the newer healthier me more right!!!

Oh! and I do not want forget to you Wardhog for getting back to your goal weight!!! Good Job!

... put me back at day 1 ...

i just finished off a bag of bugles - mindlessly watching tv so i shut it off & came upstairs - hubby's away and i can't sleep w/out him - so i'll look around on 3FC until i fall asleep
