Another lo cal snack I like that I can make in the microwave
1/2 cup instant brown rice
1/2 serving of eating right (the safeway brand) black bean soup
I mix those two together and it is really good and only about 240 calories. I also add a 1/2 serving of reduced fat weight watchers cheese sometimes and that will bring it to 275 calories.
Watermelon is also one of my favorite snacks because it is pretty filling to me and only 9 calories per oz.
