I tried the Hills Bros. Double Chocolate Mocha Cappucino (made a frap with it) today and it tastes like a chocolate milkshake (I couldn't detect a coffee taste)!

If you love white chocolate mochas, I highly recommend Caffe D'vita's White Chocolate Mocha Cappucino mix! I make a frap with this too and it's so decadent! Mmmm!!! I love this stuff so much, I ordered 6 cans (minimum order) of it online from Caffe D'vita's Web site.

I tried the Bolthouse Farms honey mustard salad dressing and it's really good! It's only 45 calories for 2 Tbsp. I want to try the blue cheese next (70 calories for 2 Tbsp). I have a low-cal boneless buffalo chicken strips recipe I want to try but need to find a good low-cal blue cheese dressing in which to dip them.

I still haven't tested my fruit pizza recipe -- I'm planning to try it the week of October 1, while my sister is visiting.

I picked up some McCormick white chicken chili seasoning mix -- it's made with chicken and white northern beans. Looks yummy! I'll give my review when I've tried it.

my favorite low-cal meal is a sante-fe veggie burger (praeggers I believe), with sliced tomato and mustard, and basil/oregano/garlic salt, and baby carrots on the side. The whole meal is only about 175 calories, and is sufficently filling as well as tasty

I like to grill zucchini, onions, red bell pepper, and garlic, chop it all up, and fold into a whole-wheat tortilla along with some 2% Mexican or sharp cheddar cheese and a bit of green sauce.

This is a great thread, many great ideas I like...

Sugar Snap Peas dipped in Hummus
Grape tomatoes, sliced and sprayed with Ken's Balsamic Vinaigrette
Baby Spinach leaves sprayed with any WishBone spray dressing
Fresh peach with cottage cheese

Some of those aren't 200 calories, but when you are pushing your calorie limit for the day, but still hungry, you can usually squeeze em in

Oops, that was meant to be a reply to something ToutDeSuite had posted about whole grain frozed waffles.

I'm down 6 months this month!

I'll be testing that fruit pizza recipe (cookie crust with cream cheese, strawberries, pineapple and blueberries, and strawberry glaze toppings) later today and will post the recipe if it turns out. I'm confident it will. So when everyone else is having cheesecake, you can enjoy fruit pizza! And don't be surprised if everyone wants to taste yours! It won't just taste amazing, it'll look amazing too!

I had this on the cruise I took over the weekend and it is to die for!

Cooking Light's Chocolate Mousse Cake

Yield 10 servings

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups sugar, divided

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup water

5 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped

1 tablespoon dark rum

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 large egg white

Cooking spray

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine 3/4 cup sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in a small saucepan. Add water; stir well with a whisk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Place chopped chocolate in a large bowl. Pour hot cocoa mixture over chocolate; stir until chocolate melts. Stir in the rum and vanilla.

Place 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, and egg white in a bowl; beat with a mixer at high speed for 6 minutes. Gently fold the egg mixture into chocolate mixture.

Divide chocolate mixture evenly among 10 (4-ounce) ramekins coated with cooking spray. Place ramekins in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan; add hot water to pan to a depth of 1 inch. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until puffy and set. Serve warm.

Okay, so my attempt at fruit pizza was unsuccessful, but here's a recipe that's sure to please!

Fruit Pizza

Serves 8

1 can reduced-fat Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 - 8 oz. pkg. reduced-fat cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Sugar substitute (e.g., Splenda) to equal 2 tsp of sugar
16 oz. pineapple tidbits packed in juice, well drained
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 (4 serving) pkg. Jell-O sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1 (4 serviing) pkg. Jell-O sugar-free vanilla cook and serving pudding mix
1 1/2 cups water

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray medium-sized pizza pan or cookie sheet with butter-flavored cooking spray. Pat rolls in pan, being sure to seal perforations. Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. In a medium bowl, blend softened cream cheese, vanilla and sugar substitute. Spread mixture evenly over cooled crust. Layer pineapple over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle strawberries and blueberries over pineapple. In a medium saucepan, combine dry gelatin, dry pudding mix, and water. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Spoon mixture evenly over fruit until entire pan is covered with glaze. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Cut into 8 slices.

Is anyone interested in a healthy sloppy joe recipe? It's slightly over 200 calories per joe.
