  • Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, skim milk

    Lunch: Oatmeal pancake with Smuckers FF syrup

    Snack: 1 1/2 cups of fresh cherries

    Dinner: Grilled Butt Steak, fresh whole wheat pasta with smart balance (2 points), fresh steamed green beans.

    Snack: Hot vanilla milk or a Frosty Smoothie

    d-turkey sausage[3] peppers & onion ,1/2 c tomato sauce 1/2 c WW pasta,2 c salad greens with FF dress.

    supper-L/C pizza[8] large salad with ff dress.

    des-plain yogurt with raspberries.

    Used 15 WPA today. Tomorrow is a new week.
