  • 60 mins on the treadmill today

  • 60 min on the elliptical this morning!

  • 95 mins strength training (includes cardio warm-up)

    Group total: 2,346 + 95 = 2,441
  • 40 mins exercise bike

    Group total: 2,441 + 40 = 2,481
  • 85 minutes walking between yesterday and today

    my total: 250

    Group Total: 2481 + 85 = 2566
  • Exercise bike 20 mins.

    (own total 140)

    Group Total: 2566 + 20 = 2586
  • 60 min weight training + 2586 = 2646 min
  • I've been exercising, but have been super busy and couldn't post so I have to catch up!

    Friday = 37 minutes / 7.06 miles
    Monday = 38 minutes / 7.17 miles
    Today = 37 minutes / 7.03 miles
    Total = 112 minutes / 21.26 miles

    August = 136/800 minutes 45.03/150 miles

    Group ~ 2646 + 112 = 2758

    August: 173/800 minutes - 52.04/150 miles
    July: 756/756 minutes - 138.7/138.7 miles

  • Hmmm... quiet here with just me and bumblebee!

    70 min walk yesterday and 40 min weights & 15 min bike ride today!

    Group total ~ 2795 + 125 = 2920 min
  • I'm still here, just Tues was a rest day and yesterday, well, just didn't happen.

    60 mins walking today (actually 5 mins of jogging in the first 30 mins)

    Group total: 2,920 + 60 = 2,980
  • And 100mins strength training today (includes cardio warmup and HIIT)

    Group total: 2,980 + 100 = 3,080
  • 70 min bike ride-- it was fun, but now my knee hurts!

    Group total ~ 3080 + 70 = 3150 min
  • 60 min on the elliptical!

    Group total ~ 3150 + 60 = 3210 min
