  • I don't think I'm going to make this one... For my exercise, it's quality not quantity... I exercise a good 30-40 minutes a day, but those 30-40 minutes are hard! My hour and half walks with hubby are easy compared to my real workouts.

    May 4: 90 Minutes Walking
    May 5: 30 Minutes Run/Walking

  • incline press - 3 sets, 12 reps, 20 lbs
    chest press - 3 sets, 12 reps, 25 lbs
    pec flys - 3 sets, 12 reps, 12.5 lbs
    shoulder raise - 3 sets, 12 reps, 12.5 lbs
    bicep curl - 3 sets, 12 reps, 12.5 lbs
    bicep curl, standing - 3 sets, 12 reps, 7.5 lbs
    ab crunches - 2 sets, 50 reps

    elliptical - 20 min/305 cal (warm up)
    treadmill - 12 min/50 cal (cool down)

    *35 minutes run on the TM
    *75 minutes heavy house cleaning/laundry
    May 5:
    *25 minutes run outside
    *20 minutes run on the TM
    *20 minutes circuit training
    May 6:
    *rest day
    May 7:
    *20 minutes playing outside with the boys (son and neighbor kids)
    *45 minutes treadmill/stair climber
    May 8:
    *20 minutes of Jillian's 30 day shred on exercisetv
    *15 minutes abs
    *45 minutes swimming
    May 9:
    *60 minutes playing outside with the boys
    May 10:
    *60 minutes treadmill/elliptical
    *30 minutes Wii Sport Boxing/Tennis/Bowling
