  • I just went at lunchtime for a 45 min walk on the treadmill at 3.7MPH so it was very invigorating..lol I am only 45 min away from my april minutes goal
  • I've done 55 min of strength so far - will also be doing 50 min of cardio later.

    ...and, erm, yeah, I did a very relaxed 60 min. yoga class today and skipped the track due to rain, cold and a bad case of the mehs...
