  • B - chicken salad on 1 slice whole grain toast, coffee with milk
    S - cheese stick
    L - roasted red pepper soup, lean ground beef patty, green beans
    S - latte, apple with peanut butter
    D - chicken noodle soup, green beans
    S - the yogurt thing
  • B- oatmeal w/ cantaloupe & 4oz grapefruit juice
    S- 1/2 cup yogurt w/homemade granola
    L- l/o bean soup w/boca crumbles
    S- 1/2 apple & granola bar
    D- l/o seafood gumbo.
    S- jello
  • B-leftover salad and a few bites of l/o veggy's-broccoli, edamame, H2O chestnuts, carrots, cauliflower
    S-none--b-fast was late, around 10am
    L-Panera cup of veg. black bean soup & small greek salad & an apple
    S-left over veggy's
    D-eggs, andouille (chicken/turkey), spinach, maybe some cottage cheese
    Lots of iced tea and water
  • Today's plan -

    B. hot Ezekiel cereal w/ fresh blueberries
    S. nothing
    L. Taco Bake over spinach
    S. Greek yogurt w/ pumpkin butter
    D. Cola chicken over raw shredded cabbage, roasted green beans
    S. SF jello w/ FF Cool Whip
  • Look at me--unprepared as usual! Scrounging around my kitchen this morning, here's what I came up with for today:
    • V8
    • 2 mini quiches
    • egg salad
    • leftover chicken breast w/bbq sauce, bacon, avocado, and cheese
    • tuna salad
    • baked chicken breast and broccoli (I'll have to concoct some sort of sauce or topping)
    • almonds
  • B - mexican omelet
    S - raw carrots
    L - l/o gumbo
    S - grapes & protein milk
    D - veggie stir fry
    S - granola bar
  • B-slept through it
    S-ditto
    L-1 slice ezekial toast w/boiled egg, cheese & garlic mustard
    S-fruit-plum or apple & V-8
    S-if needed due to late dinner, SBD cereal bar
    D-pork, veggy-maybe green beans, something w/fresh blackberries I need to use before they spoil

    I actually have to get up and be at work at 0645 so I am posting forward.
    Thursday, Feb 21
    B-1 slice ezekial toast w/boiled egg and provolone cheese
    S-grapes
    L-leftover pork loin in blackberries & wine sauce, l/o veggy mix-green/yellow beans & carrots cooked with a bit of FF greek yogurt & a sprinkle of cheese
    S-V-8 & an orange
    D-We are eating at a dinner held by our builder for a "welcome home orientation". I have no idea what will be served. If nothing works for me, I'll eat eggs when I get home.
  • B- 2 small oatmeal pancakes w/sf syrup, 1 turkey sausage, 1 cuo coffee w/1%milk & 1 cup grapefruit juice
    S- 2tbsp raisins w/15 almonds
    L- l/o veggie stirfry over brown rice & boca crumbles
    S- small red apple & 4 animal crackers
    D- baked talapia, sweet potato & saute cabbage
    S- oatmeal cookies & glass of 1% milk
  • Ruth you can get old bay at Sobeys. If you look in the spice section they usually keep it in a hard to find spot on the bottom of the rack.
  • B 2 boiled eggs 1/4 c. SF Nonfat yogurt
    L Beef veg soup ( homemade)
    D.Greek salad ( without the extra cheese) with 3oz haddock filet.
    S all bran 1c yogurt 1c, berries yum I look forward to that all day.

    S. 2 Ryevita crisps w/ sf pumpkin butter
    L. roasted red pepper & tomato soup, baked red peppers w/ goat cheese
    S. hot Chai tea latte (homemade)
    D. Mojito salmon, broccoli, roasted brussel sprouts
    S. nsa fudgesicle w/ ff Cool Whip
  • B- sautee cabbage, 2eggs over medium, 1 cup coffe made with 1% milk & 1 cup grapefruit juice
    S- 8 wheat crackers (my tummy feels funny)
    L- chicken salad
    S- chex mix (homemade)
    D- not sure just yet (cracker barrel)
    S- granola bar
  • B-slept in & missed it as usual
    S-ditto
    L-1 slice ezekial toast, 1 oz. truffle cheese, 1 boiled egg, a bit of TJ's garlic mustard and 1 viactiv chew vitamin
    S-V-8 and fruit-apple or orange
    S-second snack if dinner is late-SBD cereal bar
    D-bunless cheeseburger w/sauted onions & mushrooms, veggys
    Lots of iced tea and water.
