So after already eating breakfast and lunch, when I got back from class I told myself I'd wait until dinner because I want to fill up on the good meal I was gonna cook instead of crap. About a half hour later I was eating all kinds of junk, stuff that my boyfriend just bought yesterday(this is why I hate it when he goes shopping)! I totally blew my meal plans for the day and now I plan on eating supper anyway even though I am not hungry. It is close to that time of the month, but I want to be able to have more control over my mind and eating habits than this!
Please let me know if you do this and if it makes you feel as bad as I do right now! Also, if you are good at not doing this, how can you make yourself stop????
