Hey fellow smashers. Day 7 of Phase 1 and I'm getting prepared for the merge into Phase 2 by planning my meals for the week. I'm finding a lot of fun recipes for chicken. I also found a great recipe for pork loin with an apricot salsa topping that I really want to make in Phase 2, but the book doesn't mention pork as one of the meats allowed. I don't even see it introduced in Phase 3 or 4.
Does anyone know when pork is allowed?
