    exercise: gym, 1.5 mile run, .5 mile row
    water: i suppose
    vitamin: si,si

    goal for today: get some work done.
    and take down christmas tree.

    exercised tonight - earned 2 points ... body was just not up to par
  • Went for the biopsy today. It wasn't bad. Just a little exhausting emotionally... Anyway, quite a day for comfort food
