Morning everyone!
Yay for Saturday. I really thought this week wouldn't end.
I'm going to have a fairly quiet day today - just hang about at home and relax. Do some housework, that kind of thing. Seriously, how does one person create this much chaos? I really don't know.
I ordered my groceries online last night, so they'll be delivered this morning. I've thought about doing it that way for quite a while, but have been put off by a couple of things - the fact that the only supermarket that offers online is the most expensive supermarket, and having to pay the delivery fee. Then I figured that I wasn't driving and the delivery fee was only $15 - a taxi from the supermarket would cost that! It means that I just buy what I need and am not being tempted by the bad stuff, walking through the supermarket. I'll see what everything's like and if I'm happy, I'll order through them again..
CC, go you! You're doing so well at the moment!
MJ, yay about the hair. It's always fantastic when you're happy with a new hairstyle because we've all certainly had some terrible ones...
Rakel, keep at it! When I first started, I ate very little fruit and veg. Now, I average 2 serves of fruit and 3 - 4 of veg each day and I've just made gradual changes. Cooking things like stirfries is a fantastic way to add more vegies - you can just go mad there...
Cheryl, pleased you're getting better and hopefully your DD will pick up soon as well...
Rhonda, here's hoping that you don't have to put too much overtime in and you can get the air conditioning issues sorted soon. You've been doing so well with keeping to plan that the weight gain can only be water.
Sunshine, sending hugs and hopefully things will sort themselves out for you soon. Enjoy your weekend!
Laurie, thanks for the info on running. That might have to be this weekend's project, I think - to look into things and maybe make a start...
Right, I'm going to get my house looking semi respectable before the delivery people arrive with my groceries and run screaming from the mess here!
Take care, everyone!
