What goals do you have for yourself with your menu, your exercise, your food choice, etc? Let's keep each other accountable and encouraged on our journey to better health and slender bodies.
Today was weigh-in day for me. I've maintained for three weeks in a row. Thats the good news. The bad news is that I've not been staying on-plan and I'm not losing. My goal this week is to have a great loss next Monday. Getting to bed earlier is today's specific goal. Tonight, I will get to bed by 10:30. Hopefully, I'll wake in the morning with tons of energy and will-power!
