I have the BSS1 and love the Cardio Sculpt and the Body Sculpt but am a little disappointed in the Abs Sculpt (too much filler with the breathing warm-up - plus it didn't really challenge me). Can you recommend a FIRM abs workout from the subsequent series? Should I get Firm Abs (from BSS2), Jiggle Free Abs (from BSS3) or something else?
There are so many Firm workouts, it's a little overwhelming to choose!
