I sure could use a buddy!

I recently lost 25 lbs, 6 lbs away from my goal but have since gained back 12 lbs in the last 2 1/2 months! HELP!

I have been faithful with exercise (at least 1 hour day, 5X week) but food is a huge downfall!!
