1/2 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter - Fat
Dinner:
4 oz grilled tilapia - P
1/2 ear corn on the cob - S
1/2 cup grilled zuccini - V
1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms -V
1 tsp olive oil for sauteing - Fat
Dessert:
LA Biscotti
sugar free,fat free pudding - F, S, D
