    Lunch - tuna, 1TB ff mayo, 1 slice light bread - P, C, S
    Snack - lite bar - lite
    Dinner - chicken breast, tomato and raw pepper salad with 2TB ff salad dressing - P, 3V, 2C
    Snack - pineapple - Fr
    1 extra condiment today

    Snack – Lite, string cheese, decaf w/ff creamer, 1 packet Splenda – L, C, ½ D
    Lunch – 93 lean /7 fat white ground turkey, 3 oz no salt tomato sauce w/peppers & onions, ½ c broccoli, clementine P, VV, F
    Snack – Lite
    Snack – apple, string cheese F, ½ D
    Dinner – slimdown, 1 c raw snow peas P, S, V
    Snack – ½ banana F

    I am eating some foods later in the day because I will be on the go until at least 10 tonight.

    1/4 cup ricotta cheese sprinkled with cinnamon - 1/2 P
    8 oz skim milk - D
    Snack:
    Plum - F
    LA Lite Strawberry/Kiwi drink - L
    1 sheet low fat Graham Cracker - S
    1/2 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter - Fat
    Dinner:
    4 oz grilled tilapia - P
    1/2 ear corn on the cob - S
    1/2 cup grilled zuccini - V
    1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms -V
    1 tsp olive oil for sauteing - Fat

    Dinner – 4 oz Sirloin Tip Roast, 1c steam veggies, 1 light english muffin, 5 sprays ICNB - P, V, V, S, C

    6 oz. steak strips
    1-1/2 c. salad veggie mix
    1 tbsp. Newman's LF salad dressing

    1 Luna bar

    Beef brocolli made w/ 6 oz. steak strips, 2 c. fresh broccoli and 1/2 c. sliced onions.

    4 oz. container cinnamon applesauce, English muffin w/ I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray

    Short a starch and two fruits today. Got all of my water in.
