I really find this topic helpful because I never know what to have for breakfast. I think I found something. Thanks! I,m not sure how to cook with it for other meals. Does anyone have some tasty recipes with kasha? Whole grains are so useful for weight loss, yet I only use brown rice and that not enough. That's about all I have to say for now.
