Weekly planning July 2 - 8

  • I thought I would give this a try again. When I first signed up here this was a daily thread in 20-something that was a planning thread, then it kindof fizzled out. Then we tried to do the weekly treads a few months ago and it did the same thing. So third time is a charm right.

    This can be used as either an accountability thread or as planning thread or as both. Personally I find planning has been the key to my weight loss and when I stop planning my weight loss slows to a crawl.

  • This week, I'm doing carb detox.

    I'm doing carb detox for one week after this one, too.

    I'm hoping to lose at least 5 pounds in the two-week carb detox that I'm doing.

    I feel bloated today. Blah. I think Aunt Flo is going to arrive soon.

    Lunch (got up at 11) :
    Sandwich: Extra lean ham, 2 slices wheat bread toasted, FF american cheese, lettuce
    Plum

    Snack:
    Grapes

    Dinner:
    Foil Packet: Chicken thigh, zuchinni, carrots, onions

    Snack:
    Kix and Milk
    Popcorn
  • I stayed exactly on plan yesterday.

    Tuesday Planning

    Breakfast:
    Kix and Skim Milk

    Lunch :
    Salad, chicken thigh, cheese, ff ranch

    Snack:
    Grapes

    Dinner:
    Roast, Potato, Carrots, onions

    Snack:
    Popcorn
    Apple
    Rice Cake and Cool Whip
