I thought I would give this a try again. When I first signed up here this was a daily thread in 20-something that was a planning thread, then it kindof fizzled out. Then we tried to do the weekly treads a few months ago and it did the same thing. So third time is a charm right.
This can be used as either an accountability thread or as planning thread or as both. Personally I find planning has been the key to my weight loss and when I stop planning my weight loss slows to a crawl.
