  • Wow. June has come and gone already with huge success. I lost around 15 lbs this month, and am looking for a repeat performance this month Also since I began 6 weeks ago I have lost 1 inch off my bust, 2.5 inches off my waist, and 2.5 inches off my hips and butt. Yay! So...here are my goals for the month:
    -Lose 15 pounds
    -Continue with the C25K program
    -Lift weights 3x's a week, ab workout 6 x's a week.
    -Wear jeans (now that my old ones fit me again) instead of sweatpants all month long because it helps me keep my goal in mind with no stretching room.
    -Keep up drinking water
    -Find balance in my life between school, social life, getting in shape, and work
    -Simply get through another month. I'm simply taking this day by day, week by week, and month by month.

    Good luck to everyone and their monthly goals. We can do this!

  • Okay, this is my first time setting goals.

    I would like to:
    Lose 10 lbs this month.
    Drink at least 100oz. of water per day.
    Exercise at least 30 min. per day.
    Get at least 8 hours of sleep 5 nights out of the week.
  • Lose 10lbs by August 1st. Achieve my first fitness goal 500 minutes of intentional exercise. Decrease diet soda intake/more water.
  • This is my first chance to make a mini goal, although I did do pretty well once I decided it was time to get on the ball. I've already lost 4 pounds so far. Wooo!

    - lose 5 inches around my waist
    - get down to 160 lbs or less
    - stick with Turbo Jam 4-6 times per week
    - continue to infuse more fruits and veggies into my diet
    - keep up the good work!

  • my two big goals for July are to get back into the habit of exercising on a regular basis and to start getting up with my alarm clock (4:30 AM) to start and work on toning it is about time to do that i guess

  • So, I'm new-ish. I haven't been uber dedicated to my weight loss, but now I'm feeling super motivated, so there's nothing better than a goal to attain to keep you motivated.

    -Lose 4 pounds (I'm moving mid July so I'd like to be realistic)
    -Exercise 5 days per week.

    -Try to walk every day on top of my excersizes at home (since I cant afford a gym XP)
    - Drink more water and cut out my soda intake all together (soda junkie here. >.< )
    - aand.. lose at least 10 pounds in this month.

  • My Goals For July Is
    ~To Lose 20lbs+ (So Far I've Lost 5.5lbs In The 1st Week Of This Month)
    ~To Continue Drinking A Gallon of Water A Day
    ~To Stay Positive & Encourage Myself On A Daily Basis
  • Hi Everyone! My goals for this month...

    - lose 5 lbs by August 1st (that would put me at 137)
    - do some form of physical activity every day
    - keep up with my water intake (2+ Litres a day)
    - eat more fruits and veggies
    - continue to be positive, and work on my self esteem
  • My Goals for July!!
    Well since this is the beginning of my journey I better make some goals to hopefully keep me motivated.

    *Keep Motivated
    *Stay ontop of my thyroid meds (thyroid problems are new to me and meds for me are easy to forget.)
    *Loss 10 lbs. and keep it off.
    *Drink lots of water
    *Keep my Calorie intake between 1400-1600 cal
    *Get in the habit of some sort of physical activity whatever that maybe


    I have a long road ahead of me but Im ready to get healthy!!!!
