  • Work hours changed for tommorrow from 5:30 am - 11:30 am to 8 am -2 pm. Though I'd rather go in at 5:30 (yes I wonder about my mental state too ), I should apprecaite the 2 1/2 hours I won't be eating at a BBQ because I'm stuck at work.

    7/3 Red w/ Lite
    Maintenance

    1: 4 oz Pita, 2 ounces Alpine Lace Munster, 2 oz Lean Corn Beef (S, D, ½ P)
    2: LA Biscotti (F, S)
    3: Chocolate Mint Lite (Lite)
    4: 8 oz Ground Turkey, 1 Cucumber, 1 Cup Honey Dew Melon (P, 4Vs, F)
    5: Apple, Graham Crackers (F, S)
    6: 8 oz Chicken Breast, 1 Cup Grilled Corn, 2 Cups Pepper slices (P, 2 Fat, 2Vs)
    7: N/F Yogurt, 1 Cup Mixed Berries (D, F)
  • NO POP days for me this weekend. I guess it is more like POOP days!!!!!

    Doing a TO today and tomorrow though because I can't seem to get back into control.

    So POP today and I have decided I DON"T like TO. LOL

    Tuesday, July 3 - POP Day for me

    Breakfast - LA Lite, 1C canned pears and 2 cups of Coffee w/1 T FFFV creamer each (1 Lite, 2Fr, 2 condiment)

    Mid AM - 1 Alternative Bagel w/wedge of laughing cow cheese (1S, 1D)
    and LA Lite (1 Lite)

    Lunch - home made turkey salad w/lettuce (1P, 1Fat. 1V)

    S - 6 baby carrots, 2 celery sticks (1V)mini box raisins (1/2P, 1.5V, 1Fr))
    SF jello (free food)

    Dinner - homemade spaghetti using 2/3C pasta (2S), 6 oz turkey breast gr (1.5P, tomato sauce w/celery, onions (1V)

    Evening - 8 oz skim milk (1D)
  • Monday - POP
    Breakfast: Strawberries, yogurt (1Fr, 1D)
    Mid-morning: Lite, celery, carrots (2V)
    Lunch: Tuna, spinach, mayo sandwich (1/2P, 1V, 1Fa, 2S)
    Afternoon: Lite, canned pears (with Splenda), yogurt (1Fr, 1D)
    Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, green beans, garlic toast, grapes (1P, 1V, 1S, 2Fr)
    Evening: SD (1P, 1S)

    Tuesday - POP
    Breakfast: 1/2 bagel, strawberries, yogurt (1S, 1Fr, 1D)
    Mid-morning: Lite, grapes, yogurt (2Fr, 1D)
    Lunch: Chili's Guiltless Grill Salmon, steamed veggies (1P, 1V)
    Afternoon: Lite, carrots, strawberries (2V, 1Fr)
    Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, grilled veggies, garlic toast (1/2P, 1V, 2S, 1Fa)
    Evening: SD (1P, 1S)

    Dinner: Hot Tomato Hamburger, 1 cup mixed salad, FF ranch, Olive Oil, Tea (P,S,2V,1/2D,Fat,C)

    7-4-07 Wednesday
    Breakfast: 3/4 cup Kashi Heart to Heart, 4oz milk, 1/2 cup fruit (S,1/2D,F)
    Snack: LA Lite
    Lunch: 2oz Bagel, lite mayo, 4 slices turkey lunch meat, 1oz cheese, 12 baby carrots, 6 med/lrg strawberries, 1 cup cantelope, ff ranch (S,1/2P,1/2D,2V,2F,C)

  • Happy 4th of July!!!!! My parents are in town and I apologize for not posting as often! I am going to tally up the entries and draw a winner.
