Work hours changed for tommorrow from 5:30 am - 11:30 am to 8 am -2 pm. Though I'd rather go in at 5:30 (yes I wonder about my mental state too
), I should apprecaite the 2 1/2 hours I won't be eating at a BBQ because I'm stuck at work.

Doing a TO today and tomorrow though because I can't seem to get back into control.

Dinner - homemade spaghetti using 2/3C pasta (2S), 6 oz turkey breast gr (1.5P, tomato sauce w/celery, onions (1V)

Lunch: Tuna, spinach, mayo sandwich (1/2P, 1V, 1Fa, 2S)

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, green beans, garlic toast, grapes (1P, 1V, 1S, 2Fr)
