I'm on Week 6 of my diet now - I've probably lost around 13 pounds, but my next weigh in isn't for 2 weeks to check.
I notice my shoulders, arms, neck, face, chin a little thinner, and my skirts are feeling looser at the waist. I don't see any difference in my butt or my thighs, I think my stomach is a little smaller.
Where do you lose your weight from first? is it the same for everyone?
