Hi! I just turned 27 on May 27th and decided it was time to once again try to take control of my life and body. I used to work out all of the time, but since Ihave been with my husband that has stopped and the pounds keep coming. I have done a lot of diferent diets, but get easily frustrated and quit. So, I was thrilled when I found this website. I look forward to talking to everyone.
(Would that be the dreaded 'eating the same quantities as hubby now' problem? That one sure did me in when I was still living in couple, and it seems it's a bane for many woman.)
