  • Lady Jennelle - I didn't get chance to log on sunday, but what I did do was Make a word doc. Of Just For Today and put my goal. So for those days I can't get online.
    Sundays. Just for today
    I will not eat donuts. (my husband stops every sunday and picks them up with the morning paper I so understand your long John cravings!)

    I will do some sort of abs workout.

    I met my goal sunday. I told my husband to pass buy the Donut shop.
    I watch a tv program and did my abs workout durning the ads.

    I will not have candy or pop.

    I will do some kind of workout for a min. of 20 minutes.

  • Been logging my Just for todays on my desktop... So far I've managed to stick to them most days. I've been good about no candy or pop. The ones I've have missed are fitness. I can't seem to get my bum moving like it should somedays. UGH! I know that I can't contiune to lose w/o a good workout. I'm hoping that I can get it together soon.
