Lady Jennelle - I didn't get chance to log on sunday, but what I did do was Make a word doc. Of Just For Today and put my goal. So for those days I can't get online.
Sundays. Just for today
I will not eat donuts. (my husband stops every sunday and picks them up with the morning paper I so understand your long John cravings!)
I will do some sort of abs workout.
I met my goal sunday. I told my husband to pass buy the Donut shop.
I watch a tv program and did my abs workout durning the ads.

I will not have candy or pop.
I will do some kind of workout for a min. of 20 minutes.
