Hello ladies and roosters
So what's the plan for this week? A little more exercise? A little less food?
I have had the parents here all weekend and managed to eat in a controlled manner and according to my hunger! Success!
On Wednesday DH and I are off to Spain via Paris for a week Should be lovely.
I'm off to the gym today, I've been missing my weights a LOT recently and I really really DO miss them like a long lost friend I have found a nice program to do (which was really what was preventing me from going - I had no clue what to do!) and I will enjoy feeling STRONG again
