Recently I came across a foto of myself from July 2003. The foto was taken immediately after a life-changing event occurred. I made serious changes in my life and lifestyle, I lost around 60 pounds but I have integrated a regular exercise program into my life and have been thin for over 3 years now. I work a full time job as a manager in an extremely fast paced IT environment while attending a top-notch University full time for the last 6 years. My weekdays between work and school are easily over 12 hours per day, but I have made it a point to get at least 45 minutes of exercise per day four or five times a week. Today I can indulge in guilty pleasures such as ice cream and burgers and still have a decent enough metabolism to digest and not gain weight.
