  • MONDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles
  • Monday
    Treadmill- 20 min about .75 mile
    and bike 15 minutes 3.5 miles.... its a start
  • Monday
    Ran 1.5 miles w/ Cleo, walked 2. Played 1 hour tennis, then lifted for 35 minutes.
  • TUESDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 51:15
  • Tuesday
    Did 30 minutes on stationary bike, 180 abs, then 1/2 hour fast walk w/ Cleo. I kept it all light, stomach feels quesy.

  • Monday - Played several games of badminton.

    Tuesday - Swam for 30 minutes plus 15 minutes aquabics. 5 miles on stationery bike.

    Walked 1 mile and 1/4 and rode the stationary bike 5 miles in 20 minutes Thats a little better than yesterday.....
  • WEDNESDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles in 1hr 49 seconds
  • Wendsday
    walked 1 1/2 mile at the track and plan to do 1 more mile after supper
  • THURSDAY
    Did want to go, but did my 4.5 miles in 48:10, tying my second best time
  • Wednesday
    Dragged myself through slowest 3.5 mile walk ever!

    Did 35 minutes of interavals on stationary bike, 180 abs, 1.5 mile run,2 mile walk. No speed records, but sure better than yesterday!

    Did a heavy lifting session after dinner- lots of energy!

    Did 35 minutes of intervals andhills on stationary bike, 180 abs, 3.5 mile fast walk.
