Yay! I exercised today! Feb 2007

  • New thread for this month's exercise log.

    Feb 1 - moved office furniture and unpacked boxes for 2 hours
    Feb 2- 30 minutes of yoga
    Feb 3 - 1 hour of walking - gorgeous day out today.
  • Feb 1 - Upper body weights. DH wrote a new program for the month and it was challenging.

    Feb 2 - 36 laps swimming

    Feb 3 - cleaning the house
  • Feb 4: Yoga class, sometimes I think the instructor is out of her mind, but I'm always glad I get to try new things.

    Feb 5: Swimming 36 laps

    Feb 6: LBWO - new program, my legs are very wobbly right now.
  • Feb 5: A lot of walking and stair climbing at work

    Feb 6: Same again plus a 30 minute walk after work
  • Feb 7: UBWO, moved this up a day since I'm traveling and don't know what kind of weights I would have access to.

    Feb 8: Yoga on the road

    Feb 9: 0

    Feb 10: 0

    Feb 11: Swimming - 30 laps
  • Lot's of catching up to do!

    Feb 7: 30 minute walk at lunch.

    Feb 8: 40 minutes of yoga

    Feb 9: 30 minutes of walking

    Feb10: 40 minutes of yoga

    Feb 11: day off

    Feb 12 : 30 minute walk at lunch

    Feb 13: 40 minute walk, 1 hour bellydancing

    Feb 14: 30 minute walk at lunch, 20 minute walk after work

    Feb 15: 30 minute walk at lunch, 20 minute walk after work

    Feb 16: 45 minute walk at lunch, 15 minute walk after work
  • You guys are inspiring. I used to have an excellent exercise regime, but lately I'm merely just trying to psyche myself up for it, but I'm not actually doing it. Must...get...back...to...exercise!
  • My exercise for Saturday was going to my drumming class - worked out arms!

    then I tromped around shopping for about 2 hours.

    Last week I swam twice, Yoga twice, weight training twice.

    Today: Swimming 36 laps.
