    S: Corn Chex and Milk; probable some fruit and something else if my calories seem low

  • B: grapefruit, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 piece whole wheat toast with 1 tbsp pumpkin butter

    L: spinach, cucumber, tomato, pea salad w/ low fat ranch, orange
    S: apple, 3/4 cup acorn squash
    D: baked sole, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup green beans
    S: 1 cup berries and 1/2 cup plain yogurt
