Sorry, folks...I went up .6 lbs. Considering the crazy week last week, I'm glad it wasn't more. We had job candidates on campus for interviews and I went out for dinner with them three nights last week. I did my best with the menu, counted WPAs and even made it to the gym three times, despite the hectic schedule, but I still went up .6 lbs

Maybe it'll be better next week.

I finally got to this thread!!!
Wierd week: YaYa friend from NC came for a visit - drank and ate out more, but she cut visit short because DH got fired/resigned from his job. He's been home all week but begins a new job involving much travel. Went to WW meeting this morning expecting a gain but lost .8!! Gotta love CORE!!!
